Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that situations can arise, and we want to work with our customers whenever possible.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Once the item has been received and inspected, a full refund or store credit may be offered at the discretion of the shop owner. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our part.
